O COME
Journeying through the build-up to Christmas is unique for us all. Cue a complex mix of thoughts and emotions interrupted by the frenzy of presents, planning, and excitement. Christmas can also summon feelings of grief, loneliness or guilt.
Step into a rhythm of peace this advent by listening to our series of four free contemplative meditations. Each meditation lasts between 10 – 15 minutes and follows a theme from the Celtic antiphon prayers of advent.
WEEK ONE
Christ who holds all things together
WEEK TWO
Confession, grace and acceptance
WEEK THREE
Compassion for those who suffer
WEEK FOUR
Unity with Immanuel
Join O Come below and we’ll send you a meditation each week of advent. The four practices guide you through how to meditate, are scripturally based and close with a verse from ‘O Come O Come, Immanuel.’ Listen regularly each week; on your own, or with a friend. Interrupt the presents with His presence.
