Coming home to Peace
This meditation is designed to help you find peace in a frantic world. It has been written in response to the global coronavirus crisis and is an invitation to come home to peace as God reminds us who we are. It is about 13 minutes long and can be practiced at any time of day, although may be most useful at the beginning of the day to reduce cortisol and stress, or at the end of the day to steady the mind and help bring a peaceful nights sleep.
